TAKOM models was established in Hong Kong in 2013. They do a range of 1-35 and 1-16 scale model kits, including a lot of models other model companys don't do.

  • Takom models release the British Chieftain MK10 in 1/35 scale it is a great kit with lots of detail. This was the British main battle tank of the Cold War Era. The Mk.10 was the first to receive the Stillbrew Crew Protection Package upgrade. Box contains:- Choice of four markings. Individual pre-cut tracks. Gun can pitch. Hatches can be fitted opened or closed. Photo-etch and clear parts included.

  • Takom release the famous British Chieftain Mk 11 main battle tank. The Chieftain was the main battle tank of the United Kingdom during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. A development of the Centurion and therefore a continuation of the British cruiser series, sharing a substantial commonality of parts with both its predecessor and successor. It was the "most formidable main battle tank in the world" with, at the time of its introduction in 1966 the most powerful main gun and most effective armour of any tank yet made.

  • Takom Models release the Russain T-54B in 1/35 scale this is a detailed kit with lots of options and there are markings for four types tank. The T-54 and T-55 tanks are a series of Soviet main battle tanks introduced just as the Second World War ended. The first T-54 prototype appeared in March 1945 and entered full production in 1947. It became the main tank for armoured units of the Soviet Army, armies of the Warsaw Pact countries, and many others. T-54s and T-55s have been involved in many of the world's armed conflicts since the late 20th century.

  • Takom models release the British Chieftain Marksman SPAAG this is a strange kit as I have never heard of it and im getting on a bit. The Marksman self-propelled anti-aircraft gun was developed by Marconi. This British company had a history of radar development. The Marksman is comparable with the German Gepard SPAAG. The only operator of this SPAAG is Finnish Army, which ordered 7 units in 1990,
